Started a new programme this week and also finally got to 80kg for my deadlifts 😬 Lil lower bod day 🏋🏻‍♀️🍑🔥 . Clean grip deadlift 4x5 RFE 1 1/4 split squat 4x10 Glute ham raise 4x10 Sled push 4x25m . CHOC HAZELNUT MOUSSE 🍫🍫✨ Shot this a while ago but didn’t get round to editing it (ignore the awkward angles!) Recipe adapted from @veggiekins 💌 . I’ve tried making choc mousse with avocado and aquafaba before but I’ve never done tofu so thought I’d give this a try. It was actually so nice, a little creamier and heavier than aquafaba but not as dense as avo. Couldn’t really taste the hazelnut though so would probably try adding hazelnut butter next time!
